OUR STORY IN FREIGHTING

We bring over 44 years of combined experience in the trucking industry and have driven more than 4 million miles without a single accident, ticket, or failed inspection. That’s not just a number — that’s a legacy built on discipline, professionalism, and a deep respect for the job. We’ve seen the industry from every angle: behind the wheel, in the dispatch office, managing fleets, training new drivers, and leading operations. And through all of it, we’ve held one belief: there has to be a better way to run a trucking company.

That belief is exactly why we started our own.

Decades on the Road. Now We’re Leading It. Where the Wheel Meets the Wisdom.

We Started This Company

because we saw what the industry was missing.

We started this company because we’ve lived both sides of the industry — the driving and the decision-making. We’ve seen the problems that get ignored, the missed opportunities, and the way some companies treat their drivers like they’re disposable. We knew there had to be a better way — so we built it ourselves.

We’re not here to do what everyone else is doing — we’re here to do it better.

And we can do it better because we know what it takes on and off the road to make it happen. That's the Jolly Green way. If you want to see the trucking industry thrive, contact us to learn more about how you can join our team to keep the economy moving.

We Saw:

Drivers being undervalued
Safety being treated like a checkbox
Operations that lacked heart and vision.

So, we decided to change that.

This company was built on everything we've lived through — the long nights, the long hauls, the safety inspections, and the deep understanding of what it really takes to succeed in this business. We don’t just move freight — we move with purpose. We believe in respecting drivers, prioritizing safety, and leading by example. And that’s not just talk — it’s how we've built our career, mile after mile.

Here's What We Believe

Driver Support

Emphasize Safety

Leadership Quality

A People Company

Drivers deserve respect and support, not just a paycheck.

Safety should never be compromised — it’s the core of success.

Leadership should be earned through experience, not handed out by title.

From superior customer service to valuing every employee, a great trucking company should care just as much about its people as it does about its freight.
